Thanks to an additional, extraordinary investment towards the sustainability of the arts and culture sector by the Government of Manitoba, the Manitoba Arts Council will again provide support to individual artists and arts and cultural organizations through the Arts and Cultural Sustainability Fund and Adapt grant programs.
This funding will be available to eligible individuals, arts groups, and organizations in the arts and cultural sector who have been significantly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Support – Arts and Culture Sustainability Fund
For organizations
This program provides funding for organizations in the arts and cultural sector that have been significantly affected by COVID-19. The Fund will support organizations to create and protect jobs, safely restore services, and continue to have a positive impact – particularly in underserved communities.

For individuals and arts groups
This program funds individuals and groups who are responding to the changes brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic by adapting their artistic practice, expanding their skills, building new relationships, or creating new work.

- Professional artists
- Arts/cultural professionals
- Indigenous Knowledge Keepers
- Professional arts groups
Grant amount: Up to $10,000
