The Manitoba Arts Council (MAC) is an arts funder and an arm’s-length agency of the Province of Manitoba. For over 50 years, artists, arts cultural professionals, arts groups and organizations have received funding from MAC through its various grant programs.
In December 2019, the Government of Manitoba entrusted the Manitoba Arts Council with the administration of arts grant programs previously offered through the Arts Branch of the Department of Sport, Culture, and Heritage.
