Established in 1965, the Manitoba Arts Council is Manitoba’s public arts funder. Governed by the Manitoba Arts Council Act, the Council provides funding and services to artists, arts and cultural professionals, Indigenous Knowledge Keepers, and arts and cultural organizations for the benefit of the citizens of Manitoba.
