Suzie Smith is an interdisciplinary artist based in Winnipeg. She graduated with a Bachelor of fine Arts from Concordia University in 2004 and a Masters of Fine Arts from The Glasgow School of Art in 2011. She has shown nationally and internationally in both solo and group exhibitions. She is represented by Lisa Kehler Art + Projects in Winnipeg.
Deep Bay Residency Project

In the past few years, Suzie has become increasingly interested in artist books and zines. She is drawn to the intimacy and accessibility of artist books, two qualities she strives for in her own work. While at the Deep Bay cabin, Suzie will develop a series of small artist books based on her prints as part of a larger body of work titled, How To.
