How do I request assistance?
Because financial assistance is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, we strongly recommend that you contact MAC Help Desk before incurring expenses.
- Approach service provider(s) for quote
- Submit your request form and quote to MAC Help Desk
DOWNLOAD THE QUOTE TEMPLATE
If you have already incurred expenses and have received an invoice, you can submit this instead of a quote with your request form.
If you would like MAC to pay the financial assistance funds directly to the service provider, and you have multiple service providers, you must submit an individual form for each service provider.
There are three ways to contact MAC:
- Fill out the form and e-mail it to helpdesk@artscouncil.mb.ca
- Phone, email, or fax the MAC Help Desk
- Visit us in person
