The Manitoba Arts Council commissioned Probe Research to survey Manitobans to better understand participation rates as well as the value residents place on arts and culture.
Working closely with MAC, Probe designed the questionnaire and managed all sampling and survey deployment. The survey was in field between September 9 and 23, 2025 with 1,500 Manitobans responding.
