Join us for an information session and grant writing workshop hosted by the Manitoba Arts Council (MAC) in partnership with the Canada Council for the Arts. During this session you will learn about funding opportunities available through both organizations.

What to expect:

Learn about MAC’s Indigenous 360 programs with Tracey Longbottom and the Canada Council for the Arts’ program Creating Knowing and Sharing: The Arts and Cultures of First Nations, Inuit and Métis Peoples with J.L. Watson. Tracey and J.L. will show you best practices and tips for applying for grant through the Manitoba Arts Council and the Canada Council for the Arts.

Who should attend?

Indigenous artists, Arts & Cultural professionals, Knowledge Keepers, people involved in arts groups and organizations.

These sessions will be in English with some print material available in French, Ojibwe, and Cree.

This is a free event. Refreshments will be served.
