Survey | COVID-19 impact on Manitoba’s arts and cultural sector

We hope that you will take the time to complete the survey. Our intention is to understand the scale and scope of the pandemic’s impact to inform critical dialogue about the future.

We hope to collect responses from a wide variety of respondents. This includes organizations (whether they are for-profit or not-for-profit, incorporated or not, a presenter or an arts and cultural service organization) and individuals (whether you are working for an employer or self-employed, whether you are an artist, a technician, or work as admin staff). As long as they are active in Manitoba’s arts and cultural sector

You don’t have to be a MAC client to respond! We are receiving responses from individuals and organizations who work in any of the following areas: crafts, dance, design and architecture, education, festivals and celebrations, film and video, heritage and museums, libraries and archives, literary arts, media arts, music, photography, publishing, theatre, and visual arts.

In an effort to keep our survey results representative, we ask you not to forward or share the survey on social media.

The deadline to respond to this survey is Sunday, May 24thWe will be sharing results in the coming weeks and developing follow-up surveys.

If you have any questions, please contact Vincent Post, MAC’s Data Analyst, by email.
