Alexander Tselyakov

Recognized as one of Canada’s most outstanding musicians, internationally renowned pianist Alexander Tselyakov has distinguished himself as guest soloist with great orchestras and as a recitalist in major concert halls, such as the Carnegie Recital Hall in New York, Wigmore Hall in London, the Centre de Doelen in Rotterdam, and Shostakovich Large Hall of the St. Petersburg Philharmonic. He has won major prizes at the International Tchaikovsky Competition and the International Music Competition in Japan. His playing has inspired standing ovations in Japan, Germany, Italy, Israel, Spain, Portugal, England, Sweden, Austria, Poland, Finland, the United States, Denmark, the Netherlands, Turkey, and Canada, where he now makes his home.
